Find answers to some of the most common questions about our epoxy services, processes, and how we work with clients to deliver successful projects.

Epoxy flooring is a durable coating system applied over concrete to create a seamless, hard-wearing surface. It’s commonly used in garages, warehouses, factories, showrooms, commercial spaces, and even modern residential interiors.

With proper surface preparation and the right system, epoxy floors can last 5–15+ years, depending on traffic, impact, chemicals, and maintenance.

Most projects take 1–3 days depending on surface condition and coating type. Light foot traffic is usually okay after 24 hours, and heavy traffic/vehicles typically after 48–72 hours (varies by system).

Yes—professional surface prep (usually diamond grinding) is critical. It helps the coating bond properly and prevents peeling, bubbling, or premature failure.

Epoxy can be slippery when wet, but we can add anti-slip aggregates to improve traction—especially for garages, stairs, commercial kitchens, and industrial areas.

In most cases, yes. We repair cracks, pits, and surface defects and then apply the correct primer/base coat. If the slab has moisture issues or severe damage, we’ll recommend the best solution (like moisture barriers or resurfacing).
